Sign-in help

Use the same email and password used at registration. Passwords have 8–128 characters. Select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page and check the inbox for your account email, including spam or junk folders. The reset link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once. Never send us your password.

Video troubleshooting

Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled and a reliable connection. If playback stops, return to the library and reopen the course. Opening the same video in another window can replace the active playback session.

Payment and coupon access

After paying, return from PayPal so the server can confirm your payment. If access remains locked, keep the transaction reference and contact us before buying again. Coupon codes are case-sensitive and are redeemed after sign-in.

Saved progress

Progress is saved during active playback. Seeking directly to the end does not count as watching the lesson. After at least 95% is recorded and any required interactive activity is completed, the course test unlocks. Pass with a score over 70% (8 of 10 correct) within three submitted attempts to earn a certificate. You can review the video before retrying, but test answers are not shown after submission.

Accessibility assistance

If a page or lesson is difficult to access, tell us the page, device/browser, and the barrier you encountered. We do not currently promise captions or transcripts for every video. Please ask about an accessible alternative before purchasing if you need one.
