Account information

We collect your name, email, country, and password to create an account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Organization, role, location, phone, designation, and license details are optional. Profile fields are not shown in the public catalog.

Learning and payment records

The platform stores sign-in sessions, course access, progress, interactive-activity completion, test attempts and scores, and certificate details. Submitted answer selections are graded but not retained as an answer history. Started tests retain a private question snapshot for consistent grading. PayPal handles checkout; we record order/capture references, amount, currency, and status, not card numbers. Coupon records identify granted access.

Providers and cookies

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and course storage, and the Turnstile security check. Turnstile may process browser and network information to detect abuse. Session cookies keep you signed in. Rate-limit records help protect the service. See Cloudflare’s policy and PayPal’s privacy statement.

YouTube-hosted lessons

Some lessons use a YouTube embedded player. Opening those lessons connects your browser to Google/YouTube, which may process device, network and playback information. See Google’s privacy policy. Watch inside the LMS to record progress; watching on YouTube does not update your course record.

Course updates

The optional updates checkbox starts unchecked. The preference and opt-in time are stored; no automated marketing service is connected. Call to change your preference.

Requests

Call 916-500-0508 about corrections, deletion requests, or other privacy questions. Account ownership may need to be verified. Never share passwords, full payment card details, or confidential client records.
