Learning guide
Choose a learning path that fits your work
Advanced CPE · September 30, 2026 · 3 minute read
A focused starting point for nonprofit teams, bookkeepers, and law-firm staff.
You do not need to finish a library in order to benefit from it. Start with one recurring task that feels unclear, then choose learning that helps you frame better questions about that task.
If you work with nonprofit finances
Explore the nonprofit topic guides for context, then select a video on payables, grants, reporting, controls, or another task you handle. The catalog distinguishes free reading topics from paid-access videos.
If you support a law firm
Use the law-firm topic library to map the vocabulary and workflows you need to understand. Start with trust foundations and client ledgers before exploring reporting and systems. These resources are reading guides, not video courses or jurisdiction-specific legal instructions.
Make a small learning plan
Write one question before you begin. After reading or watching, write what became clearer and what still needs your supervisor’s or adviser’s input. That short reflection is often more useful than trying to consume everything at once.
Understand the certificate
For video courses, watch at least 95% and pass a ten-question test with a score over 70% within three submitted attempts. Results show only your score and pass/fail. Completion certificates record that you completed a course on this platform. They show the course’s CPE credits; whether those count toward a requirement is decided by your licensing body, association or employer. Reading topics and articles do not generate completion certificates.
